Our florida villa prices are listed below. Bookings can be secured with a 20% deposit, balance is due 12 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made inside this time frame, full payment is required to secure the booking.

Florida Villa Prices – Extras

Pool heating $25.00 (£16.20 ) /day

Extra Villa Clean $87.00 (£56.38 )

Pool heating is only normally required in the winter months.

Payment Terms

All prices are calulated in USD($), GBP(£) are currently being calculated at an exchange rate of $1.5432/£1

We aim to make payment as easy as possible particularly for US and UK guests. For guests from the US we accept US checks. For
UK guests we accept UK cheques. We ask guests from other countries to pay the rate quoted in US dollars.

Credit Card payment can be made from any country, but will be charged in US Dollars and carry a surcharge of 3.50% for MasterCard
and VISA.

For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning surcharge of $87.00 (£56.38) is payable. Nightly rates are simply the weekly
rates divided by 7.
